Portfolio Management & Expense Control Contribute to the growth and profitability of ESIS by strategically managing the retention of ESIS clients by revenue and unit. Promote client expansion through the education of ESIS products and services Account Management & Business Acumen Acts as a single point of contact for clients to respond to questions, concerns, and problems. Understands how to leverage strategy and relationship to resolve issues. Ability to understand client data and trends and operate in a consultative manner to drive optimal client specific performance. Demonstrate proactive and strategic planning of the client relationship. Administrative Compliance Monitor the quality of data in the CRM system Execution of the contracting process Quality management of renewal process Professional Development Assist in the new sales process by participating in presentations and marketing of ESIS products and services Proactively communicate with internal and external business partners such as client, broker, carriers, underwriting, and field support operations Understand ESIS Products and Services College degree or comparable work experience, at least 5-7 yearsPrevious insurance and/or TPA experienceAdvanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint & WordExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyEffective presentation skillsStrong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels and functions within the organizationAbility to work independently and within a team environmentWillingness to work in an ambiguous and changing environmentFocus on execution in a timely, efficient mannerAbility to Travel, 40% of work timeThe pay range for the role is $109,800 to $186,700. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
