This includes advertising hiring on social media, job postings, and signage.Design and conduct effective interview processes to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience. Lead weekly Open House Interviews.Lead onboarding and orientation for all new hires to ensure a smooth and successful start. Conduct new hire check-ins and exit interviews.Manage daily time punch adjustments, including tracking sick time, PTO requests, cell phone allowances, and uniform allowances.Submit and track uniform orders for all team members, ensuring correct sizes and timely distribution.Managing and monitoring employee relations along with the Director of Operations.
