As a Controls Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing equipment issues, reading electrical diagrams, and maintaining HVAC/R and associated electrical systems.Responsibilities:- Programming experience in any language (e.g., Visual Basic, IFix, Sequel)- Troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems- Reading electrical diagrams or schematics- Maintaining HVAC/R and associated electrical systems- Proficiency in troubleshooting and fixing equipment issuesEssential Job Functions:- Plan, select, test, install, and maintain equipment- Convey technical information effectively- Find creative solutions to complex problems- Work with little to no supervision- Strong written and oral communication skills Skills:- Familiarity with Building Automation Systems, specifically, Niagara and Tridium- Proficiency in AutoCAD or CAD software- Mechanical proficiency with hand tools We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $35.00 to $55.00, along with benefits including medical and dental insurance.
