Description Operations Clerk - Franklin Park ILWhat You’ll Do:As an Operations Clerk, you'll be the go-to for behind-the-scenes accuracy—supporting warehouse functions through fast, accurate order processing and documentation. This role blends administrative precision with warehouse coordination. You'll keep the information flowing so the product can move. In This Role, You’ll:Enter customer orders and shipment info with speed and accuracy using warehouse systemsManage key documents like load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaintsTrack supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teamsPrint and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows movingConduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrityHelp resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departments What You’ll Bring:High school diploma or equivalent1–2 years in operations, admin support, or order processing (warehouse setting a plus)Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraintsWorking knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plusAbility to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systemsClear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally The Schedule & Setting:Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouseMon - Fri 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pay & Benefits:Starting pay: $21.50Weekly pay (every Friday)Health, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and moreCompany-provided uniforms and work shoes Why Join Us:We’re not just in the business of distribution - we’re in the business of development.
