As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales by engaging with customers via phone, email, and online communications channels. The Customer Service Representative role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships without field visits. This position will be located in office in Valley Park, MO.Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential and existing customers to promote products or servicesRespond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leadsUnderstand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutionsPrepare and deliver sales quotations and proposalsClose sales and meet or exceed sales targetsMaintain accurate customer records in CRM systemsCoordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teamsHandle customer objections and resolve issues professionallyUpsell and cross-sell products when appropriateTrack sales activities and prepare regular reportsQualifications High school diploma/equivalent or bachelor's degree (preferred)Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer serviceExperience in B2B or B2C sales (pavement marking/traffic control industry experience is a plus)Strong communication and negotiation skillsBasic computer skills and familiarity with CRM softwareGoal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAPR is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJob Posted by ApplicantPro
