Overview This position is responsible for handling residential real estate closings from beginning to end. This includes keeping buyer, seller, real estate agent, lender and mortgage broker up to date throughout the transaction as well as clearing title, closing, balancing and disbursing escrow funds, recording documents to convey and insure title, and other ancillary tasks that relate to the issuance of title insurance in the State of Florida. Responsibilities Facilitating and coordinating the escrow process from opening to closeReviewing and preparing escrow documents and ensuring they are complete and accurateCommunicating with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to resolve any issuesObtaining necessary signatures and managing the disbursement of fundsMaintaining updated knowledge of escrow and real estate laws and regulationsProviding exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in escrow or real estate closingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of escrow and real estate laws and regulations#LI-DD1#LI-ONSITE #AMTRUST What We Offer AmTrust Financial Services offers a competitive compensation package and excellent career advancement opportunities.
