Join Our Team as a Production Finishing Operator Location: Milan, OH   Shift: Off-Shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. OR 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)   Starting Pay: $24.18/hr., with potential earnings up to $27.14/hr. through our Pay for Skills Program. Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred. Skills: Ability to use various tools safelyAbility to read and understand work instructionsBasic math skillsBeginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).Ability to communicate effectively with team members and the leadership team Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely.Ability to use hand tools, tape measurerComfortable working in varying temperatures and sometimes dusty environments.
