Assembly Technician

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembly Technician. Position Type: Full time, Contract to Hire Duration: 12months Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite/2nd shift/2:30pm) As an Assembly Technician you will: Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
