What We Offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Career Growth Opportunities Ongoing Training (Process, Product, and Customer Service) Supportive Management Latest Tools & Technology Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and professionally Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers Accurately obtain and record vehicle and customer information Communicate symptoms clearly as described by the customer Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor Set clear follow-up expectations via phone, text, or email Monitor work progress throughout the day and keep customers informed Ensure final invoices match completed work Review repairs and charges with customers at pick-up Requirements: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in a high-line dealership Strong interpersonal and communication skills High energy, friendly personality, and a team player attitude Technologically adept — ADP and tablet experience is a plus Commitment to ongoing training and professional development A desire to build a long-term career with a growing organization Professional integrity and a positive mindset Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearJob Type: Full-time  About Us: Pepe Auto Group has been family-owned since 1968 and continues to grow while staying true to our core values: honesty, integrity, and professionalism.We believe our success comes from our people, and we’re proud to invest in our employees’ growth and promote from within.
