Learn more at www.seasidehvacr.com Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including residential and commercial units.

Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify problems and provide clear solutions. Accurately document service calls, findings, and repairs in company systems. Communicate effectively with clients, explaining issues and providing professional recommendations.

Maintain company vehicle and inventory of tools and parts. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service needs. Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred. EPA certification required. Clean and valid driver's license. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Confident, hardworking, with a can-do attitude and a desire to succeed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to guide apprentices, coordinate with team members, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
