Now Hiring: Special Education Paraprofessional | Blaine, MN | 2025-2026 School Year Hello Paras Come work with a woman and therapist run company Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Paraprofessional in the Blaine, MN area to support an elementary classroom. Responsibilities: Position: Special Education Paraprofessional Full-time positions (32.5 paid hours a week) Elementary position Hours: 9:10am-4:10pm Assist in implementing student Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), 504 Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and sensory plans Work under the direction of a licensed teacher Qualifications: Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments  Previous experience working in the school setting preferred Benefits & Perks Pay: $20/hour W-2 employment Healthcare benefits* (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave Reimbursements for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate Professional liability insurance coverage Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer hours and donation matching* *Benefits for 0.8 FTE or higher.
