Requirements Education and Experience:Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferredOne to three years related experience preferred.Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience requiredBig ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; flooring, home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.Physical Demands: Moderate physical demands required. Flooring Sales Specialists are required to stand for prolonged periods of time and will occasionally have to lift up to 25 pounds.
