Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Electrial Engineer to join our team in Pasadena, CA. In this role you will perform a variety of engineering tasks including:

Perform various engineering and design assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories studied in a four-year university engineering program, and available data in the electrical engineering field.

Prepare fundamental engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, and designs.

Under the guidance of a more senior engineer, assist in reviewing supplier drawing submittals and technical bid analyses.

Assist in the preparation of drawings, specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.

Provide input to CAD Designer/Drafters working on the same project.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET- accredited institution and 0-3 years of related work experience. Eligibility to obtain a Professional Engineering registration in California within five years.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES :

Require basic engineering knowledge in electrical engineering or a related field. Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation typically associated with engineering design is also required.
