Whether you are seeking part-time or full-time, we have the right hours for you, to accommodate school schedules, family, or other activities that are important to you.Benefits: Not only do we offer flexible work schedules, but we also offer a variety of benefits that include PTO, holiday pay, exceptional training in device repair, and bonus pay based on store sales each weekGeneral FunctionProvide customer service total solutions to their battery, bulb, and services problems while doing so in a courteous, professional and helpful manner.Essential ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service / SalesGreet customers, determine needs and answer questionsSuggest sell add-on items, participate in retail store and commercial sales activities in order to achieve sales and profit goalsAsk questions to identify potential commercial customersOperate computer/cash register to complete sales transactions with accuracyAnswer phones, ensuring messages are relayedWatch for loss prevention issues and advise management of any unusual activitiesDemonstrate a customer-first mentalityTechnical (Full training provided)Install batteries, perform tests and tech workAble to rebuild cordless drill batteries and other battery packs as neededRepair cell phones, tablets, light fixtures and other devices as neededReplace screens, batteries and other components on smartphones and tabletsCut keys and reprogram key fob remotesMerchandising / InventoryAssist in all store operations responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager or Assistant ManagerRotate and stock inventoryLoad, unload, and deliver or arrange delivery of product to customers or via third party delivery companiesOrganize daily recovery of displays to achieve full store appearanceMaintain retail shelf label pricingBuild displays; setting up & taking down shelves and fixturesPrepare store for daily opening and closing including counting and reconciling register drawersMaintain physical facility safety and appearance including mowing lawn, removing snow, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
