Human Resource Generalist Our client in Nashville,TN is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join their team on a contract-to-possible-hire basis, offering the potential for direct hire for the right candidate. Company Profile: Industry: Manufacturing Team: Experienced and Collaborative Role Overview: Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, and policy compliance. Facilitate the performance evaluation process and assist in hiring qualified candidates. Conduct background checks, coordinate onboarding, and develop employee recognition programs. Handle routine HR functions such as compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance with employment laws, and best practices to management. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory updates, and talent management practices. Engage in employee disciplinary processes, terminations, and investigations as needed. Perform additional HR duties as required. Background Profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Proven time management and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
