ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?This Sales and Performance Manager position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week and availability to the team whenever needed.As a Sales and Performance Manager, you immerse yourself in a vibrant environment where every day is an opportunity to inspire and lead. You offer real-time coaching to the sales team during ride-alongs, guide new sales & service technicians through their orientation, craft dynamic monthly sales plans, prioritize lead management, and fuel a high-performing sales culture through weekly sales meetings. You also collaborate with the operations manager to align sales and production, drive leads and profitable sales and build a dynamic team that consistently delivers exceptional results.If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fitValid driver's licenseBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent on-the-job experience)2+ years of sales experienceBasic understanding of gross margin as it relates to the HVAC fieldComputer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsPrior management experience is a plusHVAC industry-specific experience is a plus but not required ABOUT USEfficient Air Service, a family-owned business established in 2005 by Albert Balonze, has been built on a foundation of excellence, trust, and commitment to outstanding service.
