Job Details Description Quality Assurance Inspectors play an important role in the Company. The primary duty of a Quality Assurance Inspector is to complete structured inspections using the Company systems and provide inspection information to stakeholders in an immediately usable manner. A Quality Assurance Inspector must demonstrate a clear understanding of Company guidelines, high attention to detail, fairness, and good judgment. Quality Assurance Inspectors must also be able to clearly and concisely document inspection results. A Quality Assurance Inspector's secondary duties are to conduct training classes, create training content, conduct interventions, and recommend process improvements whenever needed. The selected candidate will receive the training and mentoring needed to complete Quality Assurance Inspections proficiently. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage time to effectively complete duties as scheduled each day, week, month, year, etc. Demonstrate understanding and compliance with all Company practices, philosophies, and approaches. Model the desired behaviors and actions and set an example for others to follow. Remain current on Company standard practices and inspection criteria. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, and other material. Inspect, test, and measure using standard criteria, practices, and tools. Document inspection results by completing reports; summarizing opportunities, providing a recommendation for corrective action; inputting data into the quality database. Discuss inspection results with those responsible. Identifies opportunities for improvement, assists with implementing solutions, and communicates with others as needed. Completes other Ad-Hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Helps advance quality objectives throughout the Company. Qualifications Qualifications Experience, Knowledge and Education: A minimum of 2 years’ experience with the Company. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Good communication skills, written and verbal. Willingness to travel frequently. High school diploma or equivalent qualifications. Additional Requirements: Successfully pass pre-employment screening.
