WHO YOU ARE Candidates experienced in HVAC may qualify without formal academic credentials if they hold licensure and have an extensive work history.Two distinct paths:Associate’s degree in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, with demonstrated competencies, ORCombination of industry certifications, continuing professional development, work experience, honors or awards, documented excellence in teaching, and demonstrated competencies.Additional Job-Specific RequirementsAll instructors are expected to participate in a mentorship program and educational leadership training during their first year of teaching.
