PM Security Solutions Inc we take pride in promoting from within and striving for excellence in the workplace We are a family owned and operated business that offers flexible part time and full time positions.  Now Hiring for Unarmed Security Guards starting at $16-$17 hr.Shifts Available: Evening Shift.Nights only OPEN AVAILABILITY What You Will DoOur unarmed security guards protect the residential and commercial properties of our clients against theft, vandalism, fire, and much more.The unarmed security guard position will provide strong security presence and visibility on the site and assist contractors, subcontractors, clients, vendors and visitors with safety, security and customer service.RequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have your own vehicle to transport to job siteKnowledge of security operations and proceduresMust display exceptional customer service and communication skillsNeat well groomed professional appearanceAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. High school diploma or GEDMust have own working smartphone Responsibilities Our Unarmed security guards are responsible for observing and patrolling commercial and residential properties to prevent theft and unauthorized access. Security guards will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the sites, as well as patrolling and scanning check points around the site. Unarmed security guards will have the following duties:Maintain security post or security checkpointGrant authorized visitors accessPrevent unauthorized persons from accessing the siteProvide directions to visitors and/or the publicMaintain detail incident reportsPrevent property damage, and if any damage occurs, security officer will document such damage in an incident report and report it immediately to direct supervisorConduct regular foot patrols and scan points around the siteWatch for suspicious activity and/or unsafe conditions and report such PM Security Solutions Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristic protected by law.
