Job Title: Listing ConciergeWe are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Listing Concierge to join our team This client-focused position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to support for a busy real estate office.Compensation:$36,000 plus bonusResponsibilities:Answer incoming calls and respond to consumer inquiries promptly and professionallyMake outbound follow-up calls (no cold calling) to leads or inquiries received through various platformsProvide day-to-day support to real estate agents and sales managersSchedule appointments for Realtors and maintain organized calendarsCommunicate scheduling changes quickly and efficiently to all relevant partiesAssist with general administrative duties and maintain a smooth flow of communication in the officeQualifications:Preferred Skills and Qualities:Clear verbal and written communicationProfessional phone etiquetteAbility to type and multitask in a fast-paced environmentPrevious call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredOrganized and reliable with a problem-solving mindsetAbout CompanyWe are a dynamic, collaborative real estate team that values connection, communication, and a passion for excellence.
