Staff Machine Learning Engineer, GenAI Technology

What you ’ll doAs a Staff Engineer - AI/ML, you will serve as a senior individual contributor, responsible for overseeing technical decisions and directing the architecture of AI/ML-related systems and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of AI/ML solutions that align with our strategic goals. Specifically, you will:Lead the design and development of scalable AI/ML architectures and systemsMake critical technical decisions to guide the direction of AI/ML projectsCollaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and compliance to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing and new productsEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance of AI/ML systemsMentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team membersStay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI/ML developmentWhat’s required Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field10-15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Extensive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successful project deliveryStrong expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersCommitment to highest ethical standardsWe take care of our people We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
