Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements: Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficient medication management skills. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
