Project Developer

The project developer's main objective is to turn prospects into projects. They will work in a team setting with other like positions, coordinators, and report to the VP of Project Development. Various pre-negotiation tasks including estimate requests, finalizing estimates, bidding and tracking prospects, contract language and scope reviews, relationship building with customers we work for and interact with (Contractors, Consultants, End Users)Various post-negotiation tasks including setting up projects, drafting requests, customer codes, export/upload files, scope sheets, turnover project meetings, contract review, closed project review.Occasional Project Management duties as needed for training, experience, learning Bachelor’s degree or a technical school certificate in a related field is beneficial but not required.Previous experience with estimating or sales is beneficial but not required.Previous experience with commercial construction is beneficial but not required.Previous experience with food service equipment is beneficial but not required. This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else. Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel)Moderate to expert skillset in ExcelElectronic document organization is requiredBoth internal and external communication skills are requiredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service-oriented attitude with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
