Skilled Nursing Facility - Job Title: Regional Director of Operations (Skilled Nursing Facilities) Location: Chicagoland Area Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Operations to oversee the operations of our skilled nursing facilities in the Chicagoland area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, have an active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) credential, and bring a proven track record of success in healthcare facility management. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. - Provide leadership and guidance to facility administrators, driving operational excellence, quality care, and financial performance. - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and staff engagement. - Conduct regular site visits to ensure facilities are operating efficiently and meeting performance goals. - Collaborate with corporate leadership on growth initiatives, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations and lead efforts to maintain high standards of care. - Address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement across the region. Requirements: - Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) credential. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrator or Regional Director in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. - Proven ability to manage multiple facilities and drive performance improvements. - Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Chicagoland area. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
