Start your application todayCompensation:$55,000 - $75,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues Put organizational systems into place to ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained, and schedule maintenance if needed Qualifications:Four-year college degree in engineering, construction management, or other similar fields Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills About CompanyABC Construction is a leading local construction and property management group committed to excellence, reliability, and innovation.
