Job Title:
  • MRI Technologist II Location: Wichita, KS Salary: $28.78 - $43.10 per hour (DOE) Shift Differentials: Evenings: +$3.00 Nights: +$3.25 Weekends: +$4.50 Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Basis Job Description: We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist II to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Wichita, KS.
This is a full-time, evening shift position (4:
  • 00 PM - 12:00 AM) with rotating weekends.
As an MRI Technologist II , you will:
  • Perform MRI procedures on patients of all ages, including neonatal and pediatric patients.
  • Position and prepare patients for exams, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
  • Document all studies accurately and maintain thorough knowledge of MRI scanners and protocols.
  • Assist in training new staff and students during clinical rotations.
  • Perform MR conditional pacemaker studies with Medtronic tablet devices and ACLS RN support.
Qualifications:
  • Certification: Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration.
Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Experience:
  • 1+ year of experience in an MRI Imaging Department preferred.
Skills:
  • Experience with GE MRI systems, pediatric patients, and IV starts is a plus.
Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
