The Painter will also assist with inventory management, ensuring that supplies are well stocked and available for production needs.Duties & Responsibilities:Safety and Operations: Understand and adhere to all operating and safety procedures within the paint department.Paint Preparation: Prepare and mix paints according to specifications, ensuring the correct color, texture, and consistency.Painting Application: Apply paint to surfaces using pressure pots and conventional spray methods, ensuring a smooth, even, and high-quality finish.Metal Finishing: Perform metal finishing tasks to ensure the surfaces are properly prepared for painting.Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks on paints, supplies, and materials, and requisition additional supplies as needed to avoid production delays.Paint Thickness Checks: Accurately measure and check paint thickness to meet quality and industry standards.Department Assistance: Provide assistance to other team members within the paint department as required, contributing to the smooth flow of operations.
