Clinical Nurse Liaison – McLeod Health Pharmacy ServicesJob Summary: Service Line Support & Promotion Act as primary liaison partner to Medication Access service line for internal and external stakeholders. Market and promote Pharmacy services to external stakeholders, including infusion, sites of care, specialty and retail pharmacy, clinic integration, and other areas. Track and monitor key performance indicators for Pharmacy service success and present information back to key stakeholders. Relay challenges and service complaints back to internal Pharmacy leaders; help support assessment and addressing of issues identified Raise awareness of pharmacy services and strengthen partnerships to grow business through referrals to internal points of care. Educate patients, physicians, case managers, clinic staff, and all customers regarding pharmacy service offerings. Identify and address referral and workflow breakdowns to help create and maintain a seamless referral process for hospital and clinic partners. Project Coordination and Management Identify and facilitate new pharmacy collaboration and support opportunities, evaluating and operationalizing them as appropriate. Coordinate projects and initiatives that span multiple pharmacy business lines, ensuring successful implementation.  Work closely with the system and local-level pharmacy leadership teams and executives to implement and maintain of contemporary pharmacy operations and clinical models of care to ensuring excellence in quality, safety, service, compliance and financial performance. Generates performance EHR dashboards that support the pharmacy leadership team, department, and organization. Identify and communicate areas of need to appropriate internal leaders, including Medication Safety, Informatics, Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Business Services stakeholders to facilitate partnership, support, and operationalizing opportunities Miscellaneous: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications/Training: Strong resource optimization and problem-solving skills. Experience with Infusion, Specialty Pharmacy, Home Infusion, and/or Home Health, preferred Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Epic and Microsoft Excel. Minimum two (2) years working in health care or pharmacy organization, required Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education BSN or ADN required with 3 to 5 years of direct patient care experience required.
