The MPU Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the unit, ensuring efficient delivery of patient care and adherence to quality standards. They coordinate staffing, handle supplies and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and foster a supportive work environment for nursing staff. Demonstrate responsibility in managing the milieu for their assigned unit. Document patient observations, as needed, both accurately and promptly in medical records, ensuring continuity of care and providing valuable information for care planning. Maintain electronic and paper medical records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
