Demonstrate responsibility in managing the milieu for their assigned unit. Document patient observations, as needed, both accurately and promptly in medical records, ensuring continuity of care and providing valuable information for care planning. Maintain electronic and paper medical records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
