If you’re passionate about senior care and thrive in a supportive environment, we want you to join usYour Impact: As ADON, you’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee the daily operations of the nursing department. You’ll play a key role in shaping the quality of care our residents receive and ensure that nursing services are delivered in compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Director in managing day-to-day operations of the nursing department while ensuring compliance with regulations.Help develop and maintain policies and procedures that support exceptional resident care.Contribute to staffing decisions, ensuring the right mix of skilled nurses and assistants are available at all times.Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Participate in care plan meetings, offering insights to improve resident care.Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols, and suggest improvements as needed.Provide direct nursing care when necessary and assist in emergency situations.Lead in-service training and orientation programs to ensure the team is well-educated on best practices.What We’re Looking For:A compassionate leader with a passion for nursing and senior care.A Registered Nurse OR Licensed Practical Nurse with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families.Ability to handle administrative responsibilities, including evaluations, charting, and policy implementation.Why You’ll Love Working Here: At Greenfield Healthcare & Rehab, we prioritize the well-being of our staff just as much as our residents.
