Here’s more of what the position entails: Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros” Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks Giving studio tours High level of Phone call outreach Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout Selling memberships to help the studio thrive Following up on prospective clients Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution Participating in marketing and outreach events Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized Qualifications: Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills. Willing to wear a mask while working inside studio, during the COVID mandates Solid verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced team environment. Energetic and Positive/Upbeat attitude & personality Social, Outgoing and enjoy talking with people. Ability to do 2 Orangetheory classes a week. Functional computer skills required – Excel a plus. Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude) Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed. Must have High School Diploma or higher Bonus points for: Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week. Natural Leader and a desire to grow in responsibility Proven track record of meeting sales quotas/succeeding in an inside/outside sales position. Fitness industry experience. Health & Fitness minded. Experience with fitness membership sales. Undergraduate degree.
