Bartender (FT)

Job Description Collegiate Hotel Group® is seeking a Bartender to join Graduate Richmond  and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Ensuresbarissetup withappropriate levels ofliquor,juices,crushes,additives,soda,etc. Ensures that the bar, glasses and cutlery is clean andsanitized Ensures guests are of legal age to consumealcohol Prepares drink orders according to bar standards and guestpreferences Presents bar bill and takespayment Ensures guests are engaged andsatisfied Monitors guests for overconsumption of alcohol and takes steps asnecessary Locks up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank.
