Job Title: Systems Analyst III

Location: Onsite in Austin, TX

Contract Type: Long-term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst III who meets the general qualifications of a Program Manager and the specifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery aspects for applications. Communicate effectively with Project Sponsors. Identify resources available to complete project assignments in a timely manner and identify potential risks, constraints, and issues that may impact the project. Develop strategies to address them. Coordinate with IT Operations and Security for any infrastructure or security assessments required for the applications. Work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Maintain and utilize detailed industry and internal services knowledge in the construction of industry-leading services solutions, including expert working-level knowledge of the processes, technologies, and people components involved in the services arena. Provide a "trusted expert advisor" role as a Subject Matter Expert for technical services, to both internal and external customers, ranging from formal advice to internal and external customer presentations. Responsible for production support on assigned applications. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

7 years of experience with standard concepts, practices, and SDLC. 7 years of experience working with Product Owner/System/Business Analysts to understand functional and technical requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features. 7 years of experience exhibiting excellent analytical, problem-solving, team playing, and communication skills. 7 years of experience with Project Management Life Cycle and the Agile Development Life Cycle. 7 years of experience meeting tight deadlines. 7 years of experience communicating program objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders. 7 years of experience troubleshooting and supporting computer systems. 7 years of experience delivering systems per contract specifications and to user satisfaction, whether SaaS, COTS, or custom build.
