You arrive for your shift early getting pass down information from the previous shift. You meet with your team and set them up for success and put them in motion, pitching in where needed. Whether it's dusting, vacuuming, mopping, pulling the trash, disinfecting surfaces, or replenishing supplies to training a new hire or mentoring a team member.
