We believe exceptional hospitality helps all individuals reach their full potential.JOB SUMMARY: Work for a world class kitchen operation serving baseball teams This position will be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and client experience of the performance food service operation for the Cincinnati Reds baseball team. *Seasonal Full-time & Part-time positions available starting at $18 an hour, based on experience* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area Sweep, mop, scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc. Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing Communicate all needs through the Executive Chef and Sous Chef Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked Cover and date food when storing to ensure freshness and safety Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and records temps QUALIFICATIONS: 2 to 3 years customer service experience preferred Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude Extreme attention to detail Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills  IDEAL CANDIDATES: Looking for early morning to afternoon shifts Flexible schedule A working knowledge of baseball Understand nutrition and performance based food WORK REQUIREMENTS: Ability to pass a background check  Ability to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, weekends Able to commute to and from Goodyear, AZ Food Handlers certification KITCHFIX TOTAL REWARDS PACKAGE: Competitive wage: Starting at $18 per hour Comprehensive benefit package (full-time positions)- medical, dental, vision health savings account flexible spending accounts 401(k) plan Paid time off- sick days & vacation Opportunity to have an impact on KitchFix’s growth
