This leader will oversee two managers and their sales teams, play a pivotal role in shaping the indies strategy, and may manage individual contributors as our headcount expands. The ideal candidate is a proven people leader who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, excels at developing talent, and is passionate about driving year-over-year growth through strategic, data-informed decision-making.
