The General/shift Manager is accountable for achieving store profitability, sales growth, Guest satisfaction, and employee engagement measures. As General/Shift Manager of a Marco's Pizza store, it will be your job to hire smart, manage crew schedules for maximum efficiency, stay on top of all paperwork including inventory and ordering, food costs, the entire Profit & Loss statement, as well as lead the crew in a fast-paced store culture of accountability.Required:1 year of restaurant general/shift management experience with demonstrable successHigh School diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageValid Driver's LicensePreferred:ServSafe certifiedPay Rate and additional benefits:Up to $15 per hour dependent upon experienceEmployee meal discountsFull-timeTraining
