Our mission revolves around providing unmatched customer service and fostering a safe, inviting atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:Manage the apartment community to achieve maximum marketing and financial resultsImplement company policies in leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relationsSupervise and motivate on-site personnel, including administrative staff, leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and housekeepersControl budget objectives and expendituresPerform market analysis and suggest competitive pricesManage employee schedules, training, and performance evaluationsCoordinate resident services and activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations, and safety standardsDirect community maintenance and improvement initiativesRequirements:Education:Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; college coursework or training in Property Management preferredExperience:3-5 years of experience in the apartment industry with supervisory/management experiencePrior experience managing new construction luxury lease-up communities preferredDetail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skillsFamiliarity with Yardi property management software a plus Knowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelinesSkills & Certifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skillsRegistered Apartment or CAM Manager certification preferredKnowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO lawsBilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plusValid Driver’s License requiredBenefits:Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits packageMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6%Opportunities for student loan repayments and tuition reimbursementPaid sick time, vacation time, and opportunities for career advancementJoin Our Team:Please Note:We conduct criminal background and drug screenings as part of our hiring process.
