Founded with a love for great food and authentic flavors, our mission is to serve you the best barbecue experience possible, using the finest ingredients and time-honored techniques.$18-$24 Per HourIn this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, handling food and cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the front of house area.Duties Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS or similar systems. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food handling safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Manage time effectively during busy periods to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales techniques. Experience with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A passion for culinary arts or experience in grocery store settings is advantageous.
