Summit Home Care - Job Description Summit Home Health Care, a leader in the home care community is seeking UAS Schedulers for our rapidly growing healthcare agency.The UAS Scheduler is responsible for assisting the patient care management team with organizing and directing incoming assessments.  THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION IN OUR BRICK,NJ OFFICE.
