We offer career opportunities where you can contribute and grow.Build your future with usOur Excess & Surplus department seeks a production support team member to assist our underwriting team in resolving errors and verifying that policy financials are calculated correctly. Starting Pay:The pay range for this position is$17.50 - $18.50per hour. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities.Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to:partner with our IT teams to resolve any defects in our policy administration systemwork with our underwriting team to resolve any issues in our systemsreview financials for issued policies to verify calculations of taxes and fees are correctprovide timely customer service to our internal teamsperform other clerical tasks as needed to support the teamoversee and track all defects through the resolution processBe equipped with:problem-solving skills and creative thinkingthe ability to partner with multiple teams and come up with solutions strong attention to detailthe ability to organize and prioritize workexcellent interpersonal communication skillsthe ability to handle large volumes of work while maintaining accuracythe ability to sort and organize data into Microsoft® Excel spreadsheetsBring education or experience from: a high school diploma or equivalent (required)Enhance your talentsProviding outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
