In addition, our dedicated service team is available for 24/7 emergency service and has the capabilities to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general maintenance repairs, and much more.Mission:Leading the Evolution of ConstructionVision: Exposing the World to a New Way to BuildCore Values:• Teamwork• Integrity• Excellence• Continuous Improvement • PerseveranceRequirementsResponsibilities:Assists the Project Manager and Superintendent in overall project coordinationAttend and document project meetingsUpdate and maintain project filing system, all sets of drawings, specifications, and logsReview, evaluate, and transmit submittalsPrepare complete, accurate and timely submittal logsPrepare and maintain RFI logs, submittal logs and expediting logsAccurately process, distribute, and manage RFIsCost code and/or verify correct codes on time sheetsEnsure Contract Document Logs are maintained and updated as neededPrepare and document extra work ordersReview and assemble change order submittals and quantity surveysCompile contract close out documentsPrepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and recommending actions as neededDevelopment of bid packages to managing schedulesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or 2 + years of experience a plusElectrical experience is a plusMust understand the entire construction process from design through project close-outAbility to read and understand plans and specificationsAbility to prioritize, complete tasks, and address issues in a timely mannerProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Procore, Accubid, Bluebeam and scheduling is a plusAbility to work with a team and independentlyPossess excellent written and verbal skillsBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentSalary: $70,000 - $115,000 DOE
