Weekend Caregiver SW and Central FT Worth area     Job Overview:  We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support working near the Downtown and Southwest Fort Worth area, we are seeking caregivers that is interested in working 8-12hr shifts, including weekends.As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.    At our company, we value our Caregivers and offer the following benefits:  Competitive pay rates - Flexible scheduling options  Ongoing training and professional development opportunities  Supportive work environment  Opportunities for career advancement If you are a compassionate individual who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.  Health, dental, & vision, and life insurance Health savings account  Employee assistance program  Paid sick time & paid time off  Retirement plan and 401(k) matching  Mileage reimbursement  Referral program  Pay: $15.00 per hour    Duties:  Provide direct support and care to individuals, including personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, and medication administration.  Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing living spaces.  Specialize in providing care and appropriate support to individuals with Geriatric patients  Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. - Work with individuals that have various needs, providing support and guidance.   Requirements & Qualification  Direct support experience in a caregiving or similar role is preferred.  Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for clients' needs.  Proficient in medication reminder and adherence to prescribed schedules. Ability to provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or memory impairments.  Strong understanding of ADLs and the ability to assist clients accordingly.
