WHO WE ARE: The Children's Home of Wyoming Conference partners with children, families and communities throughout New York State to inspire hope, develop skills and cultivate healthy relationships for positive futures. $20-22 an hourFull Time Position Summary: Youth Coaches are vital members of the 3Si team, working directly with youth to reduce risk of out-of-home placement. They provide one-on-one mentorship, focusing on building the youth's strengths, fostering attachments and relationships to school, community, and family, and creating achievable goals. Coaches help youth develop independent life skills, connect them to mental health services, substance abuse treatment, employment opportunities, and pro-social activities, while fostering supportive networks.
