We are always seeking experienced Receptionists for our Front Desk Team at Elite Sports Clubs.

As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have an amazing experience.

Your main role will be to help our members and guests with their needs by providing them with information on our products and services, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate accounts.

But that's not all, you will also be responsible for creating a fun and exciting atmosphere for our members.

Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:  A friendly and outgoing personality that can make our members feel welcome and valued.A passion for sports and fitness, and a willingness to learn more about Elite Sports Clubs products and services.A proactive approach to meeting members' needs and answering their questions.Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage the front desk and assist members simultaneously.Excellent communication skills to ensure all members' inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
