The candidate will be responsible for any one or all of the following:Monitor shall monitor alarms and video cameras and dispatch personnel to any situation that may arise throughout the shift, including, but not limited to: Security units, Fire units, Facilities personnelCommunications personnel, and any and all additional personnel as required to achieve a successful conclusion to a potentially disastrous or harmful situationRequired Education, Skills, and ExperienceU.S Citizenship status is requiredActive U.S. Secret Security Clearance as of day one of employmentHigh School DiplomaProven experience as dispatcher or relevant positionMust possess POST basic dispatcher certificateFast typing with experience in data entryKnowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situationsProficient in English (oral and written)Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilitiesActive listener with excellent communication skillsSound judgement and critical thinkingPhysical RequirementsMeet minimum physical standards prescribed in the prevailing NASA/JPL Security Manual
