Allow our pre-arrival Concierge to stock your villa’s kitchen fully, sign up for group classes in our open-air Yoga Pavilion and stay as long as you’d like.About the roleAt Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Server Assistant/Busperson assists the Seasons Restaurant Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables.What you will do:Anticipate and service the owner and guest's needs before requests are necessary.Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.Provide unobtrusive and professional service.Provide water throughout the meal to guests.Carry trays properly and safely as well as break them down.Clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons.Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.Assist servers when needed.Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.What you bring:Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.6 months food and beverage experience preferred.San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire) and Responsible Beverage Service certification.
