Financial Planning AnalystWere seeking a Financial Planning Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a passion for turning data into strategic insight. This individual will play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering closely with business leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and can translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business performance at the Daily Wire.Primary Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations that drive strategic and operational decisions.Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives and translate financial results into actionable insights.Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes across departments, developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate initiatives and investments.Monitor performance against plans, analyze key variances, and present findings with clear recommendations for improvement.Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress toward company and departmental goals.Collaborate with finance leadership to enhance forecasting, reporting, and planning tools, streamlining processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.Contribute to building scalable FP&A systems and best practices to support the companys continued growth.Experience & Requirements3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting. A bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is a plus. Strong financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis skills.
