Position Description Title: ReceptionistReports to: Clubhouse Manager Job Summary Full and Part time positionsA Receptionistis responsible for creating a first impression when members enter the clubhouse. AReceptionist will greet members with a smile and a warm welcome to start off each experience when entering the clubhouse. In search of a candidate that’s willing to learn and can uphold Wicker Point Golf Club’s standards.The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.Must have an ability to maintain a positive attitude.Must be well organized.Strong communication skills are a must. Greeting each member with a smile and a warm welcome to start off each clubhouse experience. Duties:Greeting members/guest.Managing security and telecommunications systems.Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.Transferring calls as necessaryTaking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.Managing meeting room availability.Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail.Taking reservations for dining.Handling transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing.Handling cottage reservations.Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furnitureMaintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area Type: Part-time
