Description Role Mission: IDEA FlexBilingual/ESL Paraprofessionalwillassistcampusinsupportingthe academic and linguistic needs of emergent bilingual/ESL newcomer students. Under general supervision, provides instruction and tutors individual and small groups of students, within the English Language Development (ELD) program, in various subject-matter areas to reinforce classroom lessons.TheBilingual/ESL Paraprofessional will alsohave the opportunity toplay a significant role connecting with families and facilitating effective learning experiences through collaboration with content-area teachers. TheBilingual/ESL paraprofessional reports tocampus principalor designee.Duties are performed under the general supervision of certified teachers.Note- Assigned campus may change onanannual basis based on district enrollment demographics.What We Offer Compensation: Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate ranging between $16.05for 0 years of experienceand $23.17Hourly co-teachers earnings are paid out over a 12-month periodOther Benefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits plan, covering the majority of the employee premium for the base medical plan and subsidizing the majority of costs for a spouse/domestic partner and children.
